Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
PAYMENT
Payment will be UPFRONT unless agreed otherwise.
No refund is allowed by the commissioner without any reasonable cause.
For INTERNATIONAL, the payment will be done via : Paypal invoice that I sent, Vgen, and Ko-fi.
For LOCAL / INDONESIA, the payment will be done via QRIS, DANA, and Trakteer.
GENERAL INFO & PROCESS
NO NFT / AI.
I have the right to decline anything commission that I'm not comfortable with or if it's beyond my capabilities.
Please provide clear reference when commissioning.
Payment MUST be sent after the sketch is approved.
Whenever I send a WIP, I need clear confirmation from the commissioner to proceed, or if anything needs fix or changing please be clear about it.
WIP progress will be send to the commissioner in low resolution.
The canvas size is adjustable ( standard size 3000 x 3000 px, 300 dpi ).
Simple BG will be free ( e.g. : flat color, simple pattern, etc. ).
For more complex BG, there will ADDITIONAL FEE, starting from IDR 15K / 3$.
Working time will be 4 - 7 days or longer depends on the complexity and in real life situation.
For extra details, there will be ADDITIONAL FEE, starting from IDR 15K / 3$.
All commissions are for PERSONAL use only, for commercial price X2.
Revisions are allowed to be done max. 4 times in sketch stage, minor revision max. 2 times in lineart and basecolor stage, minor revision max. 2 times in finished render and render work.
Commissioner will have the right to request refund if the work has not been delivered in 1 month after the agreed deadline.
Please inform me if you have a certain deadline in advance.
The commissioned artwork is going to be delivered to you in DIGITAL form only, via google drive or email. The files sent will be : PNG, JPEG, GIF.
PRIVACY & COPYRIGHT
Please do not disclose any personal information found in the transaction process or legal action will be taken.
Information about clients will be kept confidential from other people asking until client says otherwise.
As an artist, I am allowed to post snippets / WIPs / Final piece of your commission to my social media (Do let me know if you wish to keep the commission private).
Please credit me when posting the commission work in your social media.
